We live abroad, can you provide your event planning services?

We are happy to support you in planning your event, wherever you are located and regardless of the destination. All of our meetings can take place online, from our first meeting up to the day of the event. Location visits and in-person meetings can be arranged based on your preference.

Do you have any limitations on the type of events that you take on?

We are here to support you in making any type of event unforgettable, no matter how big or small. Our services range from planning weddings and baptisms, to engagement parties, proposals and birthday parties or any other type of private or corporate event.

Where do you plan events?

Everywhere! We specialise in organising high-end destination events. Our extensive database of beautiful locations and premium quality suppliers, together with our experience living, travelling and working in different countries provide us with all of the tools needed to plan the exceptional event that you are hoping for. If you are still undecisive on the location of your event, we can provide you with the information you need to choose the location for your special occasion.

Is there any charge for an introductory meeting?

Of course not! Our first consultation is free of charge and without any obligation. This is the chance to get to know each other, to chat more about our work and your vision for the forthcoming event.

How much would I be involved in the planning process?

This is entirely up to you. We are happy to take on the whole process from start to finish, we can work hand in hand with you every step of the way, or anything in between. Our services are tailored to your specific needs and our priority is to provide a stress-free experience for our clients.

Do you have a payments policy for the services?

Following our initial consultation, we will share our fee proposal for the requested services. We require a 30% deposit to secure our services. A payment plan may be provided upon request. It is important to note that vendors and suppliers selected for your event have their own payment terms.

Can we contact you in another language?

Our main working language is English. However our diverse team is also able to communicate with you and with local vendors in Greek, Italian, Portuguese and Maltese. If you require services in another language, kindly contact us and we will see whether we can make arrangements to suit your needs.
